New Website www.gdhta.co.uk

hello!

We finally got around to designing our new website. We are very proud of it and think that Theo did a great job with the programming.

So from now on our blog will be relocating to part of the site. Have a look here www.gdhta.co.uk/gd-blog.html And let us know what you think by contacting us here www.gdhta.co.uk/gd-contacts.html

We're updating more often these days too, so you'll find a lot more stuff on the new site.
And you can always keep tabs on us via our twitter feed www.twitter.com/GDhta

Nice one!

Campbell Park Art Screens

We spent some time working with the architecture team, the client and an on-project artist to produce these glass sliding screens for a residential development in Central Milton Keynes. The first block is now built, installed and all apartments sold and being lived in. The idea with the sliding screens is to enliven the building facade with a themed pattern across every building face. The first block has the pattern of a tree across each elevation, with the colour burnt onto the glass. The pattern gives depth to the balcony with sunlight casting shadows into the apartments. We hope that when residents have had a chance to customise their balconies with growing plants, window boxes and are actively using the outdoor space, that the building exterior will become enlivened with activity.

This is the final piece - installed in the park last week at both entrance sites.

Stevenage Town Centre Gardens - Concrete Signage

We designed some entrance signs for Stevenage Town Centre Gardens restoration project - this is when they were being made. The construction is two different coloured concretes - light grey laid into a greeny grey.
